Dan is deze functie als shift manager precies wat je zoekt. Als shift manager ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het aansturen van een productieteam en zorg je ervoor dat veiligheid, kwaliteit, efficiëntie en productiviteit centraal staan. Je bent zichtbaar op de werkvloer, neemt verantwoordelijkheid en weet medewerkers te coachen en ontwikkelen. Dankzij jouw leiderschap verloopt de productie volgens planning en worden doelstellingen behaald. Voor deze functie zoeken wij een ervaren shift manager met bewezen leidinggevende kwaliteiten. Iemand die beslissingen durft te nemen, overzicht bewaart en continu zoekt naar verbeteringen binnen het productieproces. Wat krijg jij? - Een fulltime functie van 40 uur per week (maandag t/m vrijdag) - Een bruto maandsalaris tussen € 3.575,- en € 4.081,-, afhankelijk van ervaring - Ploegentoeslag bovenop je salaris - Werken in een 3-ploegendienst - Een verantwoordelijke leidinggevende functie binnen een professionele productieomgeving - Veel ruimte voor eigen initiatief en verbeterprojecten - Mogelijkheden om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen op het gebied van leiderschap en procesverbetering - Werken binnen een stabiele organisatie met moderne productiefaciliteiten - Een betrokken team waarin samenwerking en resultaat centraal staan - Uitzicht op een langdurige samenwerking Wat ga je doen? Als shift manager ben je operationeel verantwoordelijk voor één of meerdere productieafdelingen. Je zorgt ervoor dat medewerkers optimaal kunnen presteren en dat de productie veilig, efficiënt en volgens planning verloopt.
