Jobomschrijving

Voor onze klant in de metaalsector zijn we op zoek naar een ervaren shiftleader die het productieteam aanstuurt en ervoor zorgt dat alles op rolletjes loopt.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je houdt toezicht op de productieomgeving en zorgt ervoor dat alles efficiënt, veilig en vlot verloopt.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met de technisch trainer om opleidingen en begeleiding voor het team te organiseren.
  • Je volgt KPI’s op, denkt actief mee over procesverbeteringen en zet concrete acties uit om de productie verder te optimaliseren.
  • Je stimuleert samenwerking binnen het team, motiveert medewerkers en ondersteunt hen waar nodig.

Kortom: jij zorgt ervoor dat zowel de productie als het team sterk blijven draaien.

Wie zoeken we?

  • Je hebt reeds ervaring als leidinggevende binnen een productieomgeving
  • Je bent PC-vaardig en hebt een sterk verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel
  • Je kan je vlot uitdrukken in het Nederlands en Engels
  • Je kan werken in een tweeploegensysteem
  • Productieprocessen en lean-technieken kennen voor jou geen geheimen
