  • Je volgt de prestaties van de afdeling op via KPI's en vertaalt inzichten naar concrete verbeteracties.
  • Je gaat continu op zoek naar manieren om processen slimmer, efficiënter en effectiever te maken.
  • Samen met collega's zorg je ervoor dat de juiste kennis en competenties binnen het team aanwezig blijven.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met verschillende interne afdelingen om een vlotte dagelijkse werking te garanderen.
