The posting

Voor onze klant te Schoten zijn wij op zoek naar een Shipping Operator met heftruckattest.

Als Shipping Operator hou jij alles nauwlettend in de gaten, je gaat pro actief te werk en jij zorgt ervoor dat karton, vaten en palletten steeds snel hun plek in de fabriek vinden.

Als Shipping Operator zullen dit jouw taken zijn:

PRODUCTIE

  • Producten ophalen en stockeren in storaxrekken;
  • Opslag digitaal registreren in het warehouse management systeem;
  • Vaten, karton en palletten aanvullen;
  • Bediening van transportbanden;

LOGISTIEK:

  • Specifieke verpakkingen klaarmaken voor gebruik;
  • Afgewerkte goederen klaarzetten voor transport;
  • Vrachtwagens en containers laden en lossen met heftruck. Jij kunt dan ook foutloos zijdelings laden van verpakte goederen;
  • Je past correct de regels van ladingzekerheid en gewichtsverdeling toe;
  • Laadbonnen controleren;
  • Stock tellen;
  • Magazijn opruimen;
  • Heftruck poetsen;
  • Cafetariagoederen opvolgen;
  • Afval verzamelen;

Belangrijk om te weten: dit is geen instapfunctie. Je werkt zelfstandig en efficiënt met de heftruck in een operationele omgeving. Een geldig heftruckattest en een aantal jaren relevante ervaring zijn hier dus zeker nodig.

Als Shipping Operator beschik je over het volgend profiel:

  • Je hebt een geldig heftruckattest op zak en hebt een aantal jaar ervaring hiermee;
  • Je spreekt en begrijpt zeer goed Nederlands, hiernaast praat je een aardig mondje Frans, Engels en Duits, zo communiceer je vlot met chauffeurs;
  • Je hebt ervaring met het laden van vrachtwagens, inclusief zijdelingse belading van verpakte goederen;
  • Je hebt kennis van wikkelaars, transportbanden, storaxrekken en - rangers, ADR, ladingszekerheid en -veiligheid;
  • Je kunt problemen inschatten en gaat zelf op zoek naar oplossingen;
  • Je kunt prioriteiten stellen en kunt diverse taken tegelijk uitvoeren;
  • Fysiek ben je volledig in orde en je hebt geen moeite met gewichten heffen tot 25 kg.
