Deine Aufgaben als Shop Manager:in: * Du führst den A1 Shop Innsbruck DEZ eigenverantwortlich und trägst zum wirtschaftlichen Erfolg des Standortes bei. * Du coachst und motivierst dein Team mit deiner Führungskompetenz und sorgst gemeinsam für begeisterte Kund:innen. * Du präsentierst und verkaufst das innovative A1 Produktportfolio und schaffst inspirierende Einkaufserlebnisse. * Du optimierst interne Abläufe, um die Service- und Qualitätsstandards von A1 auf hohem Niveau zu halten. * Du bildest Lehrlinge im Einzelhandel aus und förderst Talente aktiv.

Dein Profil als Shop Manager:in: * Abgeschlossene Ausbildung und einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Handel, idealerweise im Einzelhandel oder Telekommunikationsverkauf. * Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Verkauf sowie ausgeprägte Kund:innen- und Serviceorientierung. * Führungskompetenz, idealerweise Erfahrung in Teamleitung oder Mitarbeiter:innenführung in einem filial- oder teamorientierten Umfeld. * Freude daran, ein Team zu führen, Mitarbeiter:innen weiterzuentwickeln und gemeinsam Erfolge zu erzielen. * Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse (mind. B2).
