Für unseren Store suchen wir ab sofort 1 Shop Manager*in /m/w/d) Standort: Vösendorf

Vollzeit

Deine Aufgaben:

* Verantwortung für den Store

* Betreuung der in der Schicht anwesenden Mitarbeiter*innen bezüglich Teamwork, Atmosphäre und Leistung

* Einarbeitung von neuen Teammitgliedern ins operative Geschäft

* Diverse administrative Aufgaben wie Bestellwesen, Überprüfung von Lieferungen u.Ä.

* Ordnungsgemäße Bedienung und Abrechnung der Kassen

* Optimale und freundliche Bedienung und Beratung der Kunden, Zubereitung und Verkauf von qualitativ hochwertigen Donuts und Getränken

* Befolgung und Umsetzung der Sicherheits-, Ordnungs- und Sauberkeitsstandards

Anforderungen

Dein Profil:

* Vorzugsweise Erfahrung als Barista

* Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

* Genaue, selbständige und verlässliche Arbeitsweise

* Selbstbewusste, produktive und dynamische Persönlichkeit

* Teamfähige sowie flexible Persönlichkeit

* Zuverlässigkeit, Belastbarkeit

* Bestreben, sich aktiv in den Arbeitsbereich einzubringen
