Your job is keeping the retail division of our company operating smoothly and managing a small shop in a busy shopping street.

You will be the first line of contact together with salesstaff. Welcoming and advising clientele on a professional level is what we expect.

Store administration is your everyday task.

Visual Merchandising is part of your daily agenda.

Inventory is part of your tasks.

Assortiment will be a part of your daily activities.

All planning in terms of hours and staff will be under your supervision.

Je werk bestaat uit het verkoopgedeelte van ons bedrijf optimaliseren en laten draaien en een winkel in een drukke koopstraat managen.

Je zal het eerste gezicht zijn dat cliënteel ziet samen met het team. De klanten verwelkomen en adviseren op een professioneel niveau is wat we verwachten.

Winkel administratie is je dagdagelijkse taak.

Visual Merchandising is deel van je dagelijkse agenda.

Inventarisatie is een deel van je werk.

Het productassortiment zal een deel zijn van je dagelijkse taken.

Alle planning i.v.m. de werkuren en personeel vallen onder jouw toezicht.

Our general expectations are simple. We need someone with some years of experience in retail. A minimum of 2 years as a (shop)manager is required.

You know what sales is. You understand the needs and wants of a client and can make split decisions for the betterment of the store and staff.

You understand people and can manage yourself as well as others.

You are committed. There is always room for improvement and your mindset reflects that.

Responsibility is not something you shy away from. We're looking for a person that will seize their day and be a part of the store-experience.

The store is malluble to a person understanding what needs to be done and to someone who isn't afraid to go the extra mile for it's improvement.

Onze verwachtingen zijn éénvoudig. We hebben iemand nodig die een aantal jaren ervaring heeft in de retail. Een minimum van 2 jaar als (shop)manager is vereist.

Je begrijpt verkoop. Je begrijpt de wensen en noden van de klant en kan daar opinspringen. Je kan razendsnelle maar ook doordachte beslissingen maken voor de verbetering van de winkel en het team.

En je begrijpt mensen, waardoor je anderen met gemak kunt managen en jezelf ook natuurlijk.

Je zet jezelf absoluut in voor hetgene wat je wilt bereiken en je mindset reflecteert dat. We zoeken dus iemand dat zijn of haar dag neemt en er iets moois van maakt, zowel voor de winkel als voor de klanten.

De winkel kan gevormd worden door een echte manager die het begrijpt en niet bang is om net dat extra anders te doen voor de verbetering van de volledige klanten ervaring.
