SkiLL ist DER Hotspot für Bike- und Skivergnügen. Im Sommer liegt unser Fokus auf

dem Verkauf und Verleih von Santa Cruz Fahrrädern sowie der Durchführung von

Bike-Unterricht. Im Winter sind wir als renommierte Skischule und Skiverleih bekannt.

Zur Verstärkung unseres lässigen Teams suchen wir ab sofort: 1 SHOPLEITER/IN (m/w/d) FLAGSHIP STORE SAALBACH HINTERGLEMM VOLLZEIT · 5-TAGE-WOCHE

Für unseren Flagship Store suchen wir eine engagierte Führungskraft, die Verantwortung übernimmt, den Überblick behält und selbst mit anpackt. SKILL wächst: Neben unserem Ski- und Bikebereich bauen wir unsere eigene Brand weiter auf - die ersten Produkte sind bereits am Markt.

Du organisierst den Shopbetrieb, führst dein Team mit klaren Vorgaben und kontrollierst die Umsetzung. Ob Kundenberatung, Werkstatt, Verleih, Foodtruck, Kassa oder Verkauf: Du packst dort an, wo Arbeit anfällt, und gehst mit gutem Beispiel voran.

DEINE AUFGABEN

* Team führen und bedarfsgerecht einteilen, Aufgaben delegieren, Prioritäten setzen und die Erledigung kontrollieren

* Abläufe in Shop, Ski- und Bikeschule, Skiverleih, Foodtruck und Zimmervermietung organisieren

* Kundenbetreuung, Verkauf und Verleih sowie Bearbeitung und Koordination von Buchungen

* Einarbeitung neuer Mitarbeitender

* Sicherstellung unserer Service- und Qualitätsstandards

* Ruhige Zeiten nutzen: offene Arbeiten erkennen und freie Kapazitäten im Team gezielt einteilen

DAS BRINGST DU MIT

* Verkaufstalent, Kundenfreundlichkeit und Hands-on-Mentalität

* Erfahrung in Skischule und Skiverleih, idealerweise auch in der Führung oder Koordination

* Routine im Umgang mit Waldhart und Sports Rental oder vergleichbarer Verleihsoftware

* Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse; weitere Fremdsprachen von Vorteil

* Freude am Umgang mit Gästen und Mitarbeitenden sowie klare, respektvolle Kommunikation

* Eigeninitiative und Organisationsstärke: Du erkennst, was zu tun ist, setzt Prioritäten und bleibst auch bei viel Betrieb ruhig und strukturiert.

* Deine Stärken sind Zuverlässigkeit, Arbeits- und Einsatzbereitschaft sowie Loyalität gegenüber dem Unternehmen

* Begeisterung für Ski, Bike und den alpinen Sport
