Als filiaalmanager ben jij het aanspreekpunt van de vestiging. Je combineert leidinggeven met actief meewerken op de winkelvloer. Zo blijf je dicht bij klanten en collega's, terwijl je het overzicht bewaart en de koers bepaalt.

Je zorgt ervoor dat de winkel dagelijks goed draait, motiveert medewerkers en vertaalt commerciële doelstellingen naar concrete acties. Daarbij creëer je een omgeving waarin kwaliteit, samenwerking en klantbeleving centraal staan.

In deze functie:

  • Geef je dagelijks leiding aan het winkelteam.
  • Werk je actief mee op de winkelvloer.
  • Verdeel je taken op basis van prioriteiten en talenten.
  • Bewaak je omzet, KPI's en klanttevredenheid.
  • Voer je ontwikkel- en feedbackgesprekken.
  • Signaleer je kansen en stuur je tijdig bij.
  • Zorg je voor een verzorgde, professionele winkel.
  • Ervaring in een leidinggevende functie binnen retail of een commerciële omgeving.
  • Ervaring met het aansturen, begeleiden en ontwikkelen van medewerkers.
  • Inzicht in commerciële doelstellingen, planning en operationele processen.
