Als slaapexpert begeleid je klanten bij het vinden van hun ideale bed, matras en slaapcomfort. Je luistert naar hun wensen, geeft persoonlijk advies en zorgt ervoor dat ze met een goed gevoel én de juiste keuze naar huis gaan. Klinkt dit als iets voor jou? Je komt terecht bij een toonaangevende specialist in slaapcomfort en beddengoed, met een 28-tal winkels en een groeiende webshop. Je krijgt een uitgebreide opleiding, werkt in een gevarieerd team en krijgt bovendien de kans om een mooie commissie op je verkoop te verdienen.

Jouw rol als slaapadviseur

  • Je ontvangt klanten op een warme en professionele manier in de showroom
  • Je luistert naar hun wensen en geeft deskundig advies
  • Bij aankoop stel je offertes op
  • Je verwerkt bestelbonnen in het ERP-systeem en informeert de klant over levertermijnen
  • Je berekent voorschotten en handelt de bijhorende administratie correct af
  • Je staat in voor een vlotte opvolging van de dienst na verkoop
  • Je zorgt mee voor een verzorgde showroom: artikelen labelen en bedden opmaken
  • Indien nodig spring je bij in een ander filiaal wanneer het drukker is
  • Je hebt ervaring in een adviserende of commerciële rol.
  • Je beschikt over een rijbewijs en eigen wagen (om je in geval van nood vlot tussen vestigingen te kunnen verplaatsen)
  • Je spreekt en schrijft goed Nederlands. Zo kan je klanten op een fijne en duidelijke manier adviseren én bestellingen correct verwerken in het systeem.
  • Je bent open, enthousiast en sociaal. Je maakt makkelijk contact met klanten en collega's en weet met jouw warme persoonlijkheid een aangename sfeer te creëren.
  • Je hebt oog voor kwaliteit en uitstraling. Je verzorgde voorkomen past bij de kwaliteitsvolle producten en service die we de klanten bieden.
  • Je vindt het leuk om naar klanten te luisteren, mee te denken en producten op een duidelijke en enthousiaste manier voor te stellen.
  • Weekendwerk is geen probleem voor jou. Je werkt op zaterdag van 10u tot 18u en op zondag van 14u tot 18u. In ruil hiervoor ben je 2 dagen vrij tijdens de week!
