Hedin Automotive is een toonaangevende speler in de automobielsector, gespecialiseerd in de verkoop en service van verschillende automerken. We bieden een breed scala aan voertuigen, zowel nieuw als tweedehands, en richten ons op op zowel particuliere als zakelijke klanten. Als Site Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor het leiden van de dagelijkse activiteiten van de vestiging. Je zorgt ervoor dat de vestiging voldoet aan de hoogste kwaliteitsnormen en dat onze klanten de beste service ontvangen.

Je taken als Site Manager zijn onder andere:

  • Je stuurt verschillende teams aan van verkoopadviseurs, serviceadviseurs en technici & zorgt ervoor dat zij hun werkzaamheden op een professionele en efficiënte manier uitvoeren.
  • Leiden van de dagelijkse activiteiten van de vestiging, inclusief verkoop, service, onderhoud en administratie.
  • Zorgen voor een uitstekende klantenservice en klanttevredenheid.
  • Coördineren van de werkzaamheden van de verschillende afdelingen om ervoor te zorgen dat de vestiging efficiënt werkt en aan de hoogste kwaliteitsnormen voldoet.
  • Plannen en uitvoeren van verkoop- en marketingactiviteiten om de verkoop te stimuleren.
  • Beheren van de financiële prestaties van de vestiging en zorgen voor een gezonde winstgevendheid.
  • Ontwikkelen en implementeren van beleid en procedures om de prestaties van de vestiging te verbeteren.
  • Het aansturen en coachen van het team, waaronder ook het voeren van functionerings- en beoordelingsgesprekken
  • Het opvolgen van KPI’s en bijsturen waar nodig
  • Je werkt samen met de verschillende afdelingen binnen de organisatie om ervoor te zorgen dat de vestiging optimaal presteert.

  • Minimaal een bachelor diploma in een relevante richting of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Aantoonbare ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie als site manager
  • Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden
  • Sterke leiderschapskwaliteiten
  • Klantgericht en commercieel ingesteld
  • Ervaring met Customer Service en Sales
  • Je bent stressbestendig
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands, Frans en Engels
  • Je hebt zin voor klasse en stijl en voelt je aangetrokken tot de cultuur van Hedin Automotive
