De planning ligt vast. De werken zijn gestart. Nu begint jouw job.

Op de werf komt alles samen: planning, mensen, materialen, techniek en uitvoering. Als Site Manager zorg jij ervoor dat die verschillende elementen op elkaar afgestemd blijven.

Je werkt op grote utiliteitsprojecten waar een goede organisatie en sterke opvolging het verschil maken. Je staat dicht bij de uitvoering, maar houdt tegelijk het volledige overzicht over wat er op de werf gebeurt.

De dagelijkse organisatie van de werf vormt de kern van je functie. Je houdt het overzicht, bewaakt de voortgang en zorgt ervoor dat alle betrokken partijen efficiënt samenwerken.

  • Coördinatie van onderaannemers, leveranciers en andere betrokken partijen.
  • Opvolging van planning, kwaliteit en veiligheid.
  • Voorbereiding en deelname aan werfvergaderingen.
  • Technische opvolging van plannen, lastenboeken en meetstaten.
  • Opvolging van vorderingsstaten en verrekeningen.
  • Technische en organisatorische problemen op de werf detecteren en oplossen
  • Afstemmen met de Project Manager en andere interne teams
  • Zorgen dat de uitvoering volgens planning en gemaakte afspraken verloopt

Een stevige basis binnen de algemene bouw is belangrijk. We zoeken iemand die al ervaring heeft op de werf en vertrouwd is met de dynamiek van grotere bouwprojecten.

  • Enkele jaren ervaring als werfleider, Site Manager of in een gelijkaardige functie
  • Je bent in het bezit van een Bachelor of Master: Bouw.
  • Sterk technisch inzicht en een praktische ingesteldheid.
  • Ervaring met grotere projecten.
  • Ervaring met Klasse 8 projecten is een mooie troef.
  • Zelfstandig, verantwoordelijk en organisatorisch sterk.
  • Communicatief vlot en in staat om verschillende partijen op de werf samen te brengen.
