Prenez en main des projets techniques industriels et assurez leur réalisation de A à Z dans la division Industrie Sud d’Equans à Fleurus. En tant que Site Supervisor, vous développez votre expertise sur le terrain, au contact d’installations critiques et d’équipes engagées.

Votre mission se déroule : sur des chantiers industriels en Wallonie.

Le site Equans auquel vous êtes rattaché : Fleurus.

Zoom sur la fonction :

  • superviser et réaliser des projets de maintenance et de mise en conformité d’installations haute tension
  • organiser et gérer les équipes et le matériel dans le respect des budgets et des délais
  • prendre en charge tout ou partie des tâches selon l’ampleur du chantier
  • garantir le respect des règles de sécurité, qualité et environnement
  • élaborer des offres commerciales et assurer leur suivi
  • assurer la productivité et les résultats des chantiers et contribuer à leur amélioration continue
  • réaliser un reporting régulier sur l’avancement et proposer des actions correctives si nécessaire
  • identifier et remonter les besoins de l’équipe (formations, matériel)
  • gérer le suivi administratif : main-d’œuvre, matériel, préparation des réunions de chantier
  • rédiger les plans de manœuvre et analyses de risques
  • préparer les chantiers : qualité, accès, sécurité, planning, ressources, réquisitions
  • suivre la conduite des équipes, gérer la relation client et contrôler la qualité
  • organiser le repli des chantiers : nettoyage, réception des travaux et gestion des suppléments

  • formation technique ou expérience équivalente en supervision de chantiers
  • expérience confirmée en électricité industrielle
  • expertise en haute tension et environnements techniques complexes
  • capacité à piloter un chantier de bout en bout et à gérer les priorités
  • aisance avec les outils de suivi de chantier et le reporting administratif
  • sens du leadership, communication claire avec équipes, clients et partenaires
  • disponibilité adaptée aux contraintes de chantier
  • maîtrise du français
