ID:4482-84462 De Organisatie: Voor een toonaangevende organisatie in Ede zijn wij op zoek naar een Skilled IT Helpdesk Medewerker die wil werken in ploegendiensten. Deze organisatie speelt een essentiële rol in het ondersteunen van veilige en betrouwbare transactiemomenten binnen de retail- en financiële sector. Ze ontwikkelen slimme software- en hardwareoplossingen die onmisbaar zijn op de winkelvloer en in klantgerichte omgevingen, zowel online als offline. Grote kans dat je dagelijks met hun technologie in aanraking komt, zonder dat je het doorhebt. Samen met een betrokken team van 15 FTE wordt er continu gewerkt aan innovatie, veiligheid en gebruiksgemak. Binnen de organisatie heerst een open en collegiale werksfeer, waarin toekomstgericht denken, betrouwbaarheid en samenwerking centraal staan. Je komt te werken in een omgeving met ruimte voor eigen inbreng, persoonlijke groei en samenwerking met bevlogen collega's. De diensten draaien volgens het volgende rooster: je werkt 2 dagen in de ochtenddienst op kantoor, gevolgd door 2 middagdiensten en daarna 2 nachtdiensten, die je beiden vanuit huis uitvoert. Vervolgens ben je 4 dagen vrij, waarna de cyclus opnieuw begint. De Functie: In deze functie speel je een belangrijke rol binnen de ondersteuning van de kritieke IT-infrastructuur van een toonaangevende organisatie in de financiële sector. Jij bent het eerste aanspreekpunt bij IT-gerelateerde vragen en incidenten vanuit zowel interne gebruikers als externe partners.
