In deze technische rol van 32 tot 40 uur per week ben jij dé specialist die zowel incidenten oplost als structurele verbeteringen realiseert. Je maakt deel uit van een betrokken team en werkt afwisselend vanuit kantoor, regio en klantlocaties. Je zorgt ervoor dat virtuele omgevingen soepel draaien, voert updates en onderhoud uit en optimaliseert netwerk- en serverprestaties. Daarnaast ondersteun je eindgebruikers, draag je bij aan modernisering en geef je gericht advies over IT-oplossingen. De zoekwoorden system engineer, infrastructuur en IT komen hierin meerdere keren terug. Je belangrijkste werkzaamheden: - Beheren en actualiseren van Windows- en Linux-servers binnen VMware-omgevingen; - Configureren en onderhouden van Unifi-netwerkapparatuur zoals firewalls, switches en access points; - Uitrollen en optimaliseren van Microsoft 365-omgevingen met Intune, SharePoint, Exchange Online en Teams; - Back-ups instellen en beheren met Veeam; - Oplossen van netwerk- en serverissues bij klanten (on-premises); - Verlenen van support op eerste en tweede lijnsniveau aan gebruikers en collega's; - Signaleren van verbetermogelijkheden en bijdragen aan technologische vernieuwing.
