Jouw expertise maakt het verschil. Voor cliënten én collega's. De Kliniek Intensieve Zorg (KIZ) heeft binnen GGZ Rivierduinen een unieke rol. Hier bieden we specialistische klinische zorg aan 36 volwassenen met ernstige en complexe psychiatrische aandoeningen (EPA), vaak in combinatie met verslavingsproblematiek, persoonlijkheidsproblematiek of andere complexe uitdagingen. Veel opnames vinden plaats binnen een juridisch kader en de behandelduur varieert van enkele maanden tot meerdere jaren. We werken vanuit herstelgerichte zorg en geloven dat ieder mens perspectief heeft, hoe complex de situatie ook is. Je maakt onderdeel uit van een multidisciplinair behandelteam met psychiaters, VS, artsen, psychologen, maatschappelijk werkers, activiteitenbegeleiders, ervaringsdeskundigen, verpleegkundigen en social workers. Samen bieden we 24 uur per dag hoogwaardige specialistische zorg. Naast het bieden van goede zorg investeren we de komende jaren nadrukkelijk in de verdere ontwikkeling van ons verpleegkundig team. Daarom zoeken wij een SPV die niet alleen inhoudelijk sterk is, maar ook collega's weet te inspireren, coachen en verbinden. Wat ga je doen? Deze functie bestaat uit twee onderdelen die elkaar versterken. Ongeveer 50% teamontwikkeling en kwaliteitsverbetering Naast de cliëntenzorg krijg je de ruimte om structureel te investeren in de ontwikkeling van het verpleegkundig en agogisch team. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - coachen van verpleegkundigen, social workers en verzorgenden op de werkvloer; - begeleiden van nieuwe collega's tijdens hun inwerkperiode; - signaleren van scholingsbeh...
