Was dich erwartet:

- SelbstständigePlanung, Erstellung und Veröffentlichung von Social-Media-Beiträgen (Fokus Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn) - Organisation, Durchführung und Begleitung von internen Fotoshootings und Videodrehs mit Employer-Branding-Bezug sowie Bild- und Videobearbeitung (z. B. Entwicklung von Drehbüchern, Organisation von Testimonials, Einholen von Video-Statements) - Grafische Aufbereitung von Content für unsere Channels - Recherche & Themenfindung für kreatives Storytelling - Laufende Beobachtung von Social-Media-Trends und Ableitung neuer Content-Formate - Bedarfsbezogener Support in weiteren Marketingbereichen (Eventmanagement, Grafikdesign, interne Kommunikation)

Was du mitbringst:

- Hohes Interesse an Content Creation undSocial Media - laufende oder abgeschlossene Ausbildung/Studium z.B. im Bereich Marketing, Kommunikation, Grafikdesign und / oder nachweisliche Erfahrung in der Bespielung von Social-Media-Channels (z.B. im Hobbykontext) - Ausgeprägtes Verständnis für die Plattformen Instagram, TikTok und Facebook - Spaß und Freude am Texten, Fotografieren und Filmen - Hohe Motivation und Eigeninitiative für kreative Themenfindung und Leidenschaft für Storytelling - Gute Englischkenntnisse

Gehalt:

Übers Gehalt sprechen wir am liebsten persönlich, aber so viel können wir schonmal verraten: Wir orientieren uns selbstverständlich an marktüblichen Gehältern - das heißt, abhängig von der Position und Ausbildung ist bereits beim Einstieg eine Überbezahlung zum Kollektivvertrag möglich. Für diese Position bieten wir ein jährliches Bruttogehalt von mindestens 38.500****EUR (auf Vollzeit). Je nach Qualifikation und Erfahrung gibt’s entsprechend auch mehr!
