Was für uns zählt * Fundiertes Know-How in der Programmierung und Interesse neue Frameworks und Technologien zu erlernen, vorzugsweise im Backend-Bereich * Technische Ausbildung im Bereich der IT oder vergleichbare Berufserfahrung im Umfeld der Softwareentwicklung * Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Programmierung, vorzugsweise in einer prozeduralen Programmiersprache * Beherrschung der Basisfunktionen von SQL * Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Einsatzbereitschaft im Rahmen der partnerschaftlichen Zusammenarbeit im Team sowie proaktive und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise * Fließende Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (mind. Wir suchen Verstärkung für unsere standortübergreifenden Teams, die eine Vielzahl von Systemmodulen abdecken. Unsere oberste Priorität ist die Zufriedenheit unserer Anwender:innen, egal ob Buchhalter:in, Personalverrechner:in oder Kaufmann:Kauffrau auf der Baustelle.

* Du bist verantwortlich für die Neu- und Weiterentwicklung von ERP-Anwendungen in den diversen Modulen des ERP-Systems mit technologischen Fokus auf IBM RPG und SQL in einer modernen Entwicklungsumgebung. * Dazu zählen die Begleitung von Anforderungsanalysen sowie die Erarbeitung von komplexen Lösungen in dynamischen Projektteams. * Du hast die Möglichkeit, weitere Kenntnisse in der prozeduralen Programmierung aufzubauen und das extrem leistungsstarke System i von IBM kennenzulernen. * An das System werden viele moderne Technologien wie Web- und Mobile-Applikationen, Cloud Dienste, KI-Lösungen und Messagingsysteme angekoppelt. * Bei Code Reviews und Solution Design Meetings teilst du dein Wissen mit Kolleg:innen und bist auch offen für Verbesserungsvorschläge.
