Taken en verantwoordelijkheden In het kort Binnen onze unit Managed Services zorg je ervoor dat kritieke systemen in uiteenlopende sectoren continu blijven draaien. Je ondersteunt en ontwikkelt software in complexe industriële omgevingen, van spoorbedrijven en fabrieken tot waterschappen en gemeenten. In plaats van alleen reageren op incidenten werk je vooral aan preventie, analyse en structurele verbeteringen: je bouwt tooling, voert root-cause analyses uit, ontwikkelt slimme oplossingen om storingen te voorkomen en ondersteunt teams bij high-complexity issues. Als 2e en 3e-lijns specialist word je ingeschakeld wanneer het écht ingewikkeld wordt. Je werkt met de technologieën en systemen uit al onze technische domeinen (infra, water, energie, food, chemicals, pharma, offshore, petrochemie, heavy lifting) en krijgt zo een unieke mix van software, industriële automatisering en high-availability engineering.
