Onze klant is een Belgisch groeibedrijf in de regio van Anzegem dat textielproducten ontwikkelt en distribueert met focus op kwaliteit, design en een sterk partnernetwerk. De onderneming realiseert een omzet van circa €20–30 miljoen en telt een 40-tal medewerkers die dagelijks bijdragen aan het succes van deze firma. Ter versterking van het Development team zijn ze op zoek naar een Software Lead.

Functieomschrijving

  • Je neemt de technische leiding over onze middleware-architectuur en backendontwikkeling
  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de technische performantie van onze website en het volledige systeemlandschap
  • Je leidt de migratie van de huidige partner middleware naar onze eigen Kentucky Middleware
  • Je bewaakt codekwaliteit en zorgt voor naleving van best practices (Clean Code, testing en documentatie)
  • Je schrijft en onderhoudt actief backendcode (PHP, Symfony) en bepaalt de technische standaarden
  • Je ontwikkelt en onderhoudt robuuste integraties tussen Shopware, Akeneo, ERP-, CRM- en andere systemen
  • Je werkt nauw samen met de Product Owner en COO om technische projecten af te stemmen op de bedrijfsstrategie
  • Je biedt technische leiding aan interne en externe developers (code reviews, architectuurkeuzes)
  • Je bouwt duurzame structuren uit rond schaalbaarheid, monitoring en debugging
  • Je hebt 7+ jaar professionele ervaring in backend development
  • Je hebt uitstekende kennis van PHP en Symfony
  • Je hebt ervaring binnen de e-commerce sector
  • Je hebt een bewezen trackrecord in het bouwen en schalen van middleware- en integratieoplossingen
  • Je beschikt over sterke expertise in API-design, interface-synchronisatie en complexe systeemlandschappen
  • Je hebt ervaring met hostingomgevingen (serverarchitectuur, performantie en security)
  • Je hebt een analytische en gestructureerde mindset met een sterke focus op resultaat
  • Je beschikt over leadership skills en kan developer teams aansturen en technische standaarden bewaken
  • Je hanteert hoge standaarden op vlak van performantie, stabiliteit en codekwaliteit
  • Je hebt een hands-on mentaliteit: je programmeert zelf actief en delegeert niet enkel
