Aufgabengebiet

* E2E- und Integration-Testing: Du übernimmst die eigenverantwortliche Planung und Durchführung von Tests für unsere verschiedenen Softwarekomponenten. Dazu zählen unter anderem manuelle UI-Tests auf verschiedenen Plattformen sowie die Validierung unserer Schnittstellen (APIs) und Datenflüsse.

* Deep-Dive Fehleranalysen: Du gehst Problemen auf Test- und Kundensystemen systematisch auf den Grund. Unter Nutzung von Logfiles, Monitoring-Charts und weiteren Analyse-Tools identifizierst du Fehlerursachen präzise, dokumentierst diese in unserem Bug-Tracking-System und trägst so maßgeblich zu einer schnellen Behebung bei.

* Strategische Testentwicklung: Du unterstützt uns dabei, manuelle Testaufwände durch den gezielten Aufbau und die Weiterentwicklung automatisierter Testszenarien perspektivisch zu optimieren.

* Zentrale Schnittstelle: Du agierst als technischer Vermittler zwischen unserer Entwicklung und der Support-Technik. Dabei bist du die erste Anlaufstelle für die Qualität neuer Features und unterstützt deine Kollegen bei komplexen Fragestellungen im Kundenkontext.

* Release-Verantwortung: Als finale Instanz bewertest du die Testreife unserer Softwarekomponenten und triffst die fundierte Entscheidung hinsichtlich der Freigabe neuer Versionen.

Anforderungen

* Ausbildung: Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (HTL, FH, Universität) mit Schwerpunkt Informatik, Software Engineering, o.Ä.

* Technisches Fundament: Du bringst Grundkenntnisse in einer objektorientierten Programmiersprache (z.B. C#/.NET) mit und verfügst über ein grundlegendes Verständnis für das Zusammenspiel verschiedener Softwarekomponenten.

* Analytisches Mindset & Hands-on-Mentalität: Du hast Freude daran, tief in komplexe Systeme, Logs und Fehleranalysen einzutauchen. Du willst Probleme nicht nur finden, sondern systematisch verstehen.

* Arbeitsweise: Du arbeitest genau, strukturiert und eigenverantwortlich. Ein hoher Qualitätsanspruch an deine Arbeit ist für dich selbstverständlich.

* Kommunikation & Sprachen: Du bist eine kommunikationsstarke Persönlichkeit und verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch- sowie gute Englischkenntnisse.

* Das Gesetz schreibt die Angabe des Mindestgehalts in Stellenanzeigen vor. Der Mindestlohn beträgt laut Kollektivvertrag (IT-KV für Österreich 2026) ST1, Einstiegsstufe: € 3.267,- bis Regelstufe € 3.954,-. Je nach Qualifikation sind wir bereit, deutlich mehr zu zahlen.
