Als Software Service Engineer los je storingen op en pas je besturingssoftware aan om industriële productieprocessen te verbeteren. Je werkt bij een specialist in industriële automatisering in Doetinchem, binnen een team van 20 medewerkers dat service en onderhoud uitvoert aan software, hardware en productiegerelateerde IT-systemen. Je ondersteunt klanten op afstand via VPN en op locatie, onder meer in de food- en feedindustrie. Functie-inhoud - Storingen in PLC-, HMI- en SCADA-applicaties analyseren en oplossen, onder andere via VPN - Modificaties uitvoeren aan de besturing van procesinstallaties - Klanten ondersteunen bij het optimaliseren van hun productieprocessen - Ondersteuning verlenen bij de inbedrijfstelling van projecten op klantlocatie - Inspecties bij klanten uitvoeren en inspectierapporten uitwerken - Meewerken aan offertes voor servicecontracten - Samen met service- en projectcollega’s openstaande storingen oppakken Functie-eisen - Afgeronde hbo-opleiding Elektrotechniek of Mechatronica en enkele jaren relevante ervaring in industriële automatisering - Kennis van Siemens SIMATIC S7, PCS7 en TIA Portal, of Allen-Bradley CLX - Kennis van HMI-/SCADA-systemen en industriële netwerken zoals Profibus en Profinet - Ruime kennis van moderne besturingssystemen en affiniteit met productieomgevingen en procesindustrie - Praktische, flexibele werkaanpak en bereidheid om consignatiediensten te draaien - Goede mondelinge en schriftelijke communicatie in het Nederlands en Engels - Motivatie om je vakkennis te ontwikkelen en bij te dragen aan de groei van het serviceteam Aanbod - Leaseauto - Mogelijkheid om deel te nemen aan een bedrijfsaandelenplan - Persoonlijke begeleiding en opleidingen voor je vakinhoudelijke en persoonlijke ontwikkeling - Ruimte voor samenwerking en eigen technische ideeën - Afwisseling tussen storingsanalyse, modificaties, inspecties en klantbezoeken
