The posting

  • Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor gebruikers en volgt hun vragen en problemen zorgvuldig op.
  • Je onderzoekt storingen en helpt klanten op afstand, onder meer via schermovername.
  • Je legt uit hoe gebruikers de software optimaal kunnen inzetten.
  • Je werkt mee aan het testen en verbeteren van bestaande software en denkt mee over nieuwe ontwikkelingen.
  • Je bereidt demonstraties voor en geeft opleidingen aan collega's, klanten en internationale partners. Af en toe reis je hiervoor naar het buitenland.
  • Je helpt duidelijke documentatie voor eindgebruikers op te bouwen.
  • Je deelt terugkerende problemen en verbetervoorstellen met je team en leidinggevende.
  • Je hebt een sterke interesse in IT en techniek, opgebouwd via je opleiding, werkervaring of eigen projecten.
  • Je hebt al met CAD- en CAM-software gewerkt. Ervaring met CAM in een machineomgeving is een troef.
  • Kennis van C# is mooi meegenomen, maar geen vereiste.
  • Je zoekt problemen grondig uit en schakelt collega's in wanneer dat helpt om tot een oplossing te komen.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en Engels en kunt je uitdrukken in het Frans.
  • Je helpt gebruikers graag en staat open voor occasionele verplaatsingen naar het buitenland.
