Als Software Support Medewerker binnen het Winpro team ben je verantwoordelijk voor het beheer van alle gegevens binnen het Winpro systeem Dit systeem stelt ons in staat om orders van verdelers om te zetten in instructies voor productie. In praktijk betekent dit dat je alle ontvangen product-technische en prijstechnische parameters van de verschillende systeembeheerders van de productie afdelingen ingeeft in het systeem.

Jij bent degene die bestaande parameters controleert en indien nodig bijstuurt. Ook voorzie je data die het systeem in staat stelt om direct aan de klant aan te geven of een aanvraag uitvoerbaar is. Productie vertrouwt op deze gegevens uit het systeem om de gevraagde producten op een correcte en tijdige manier te produceren. Op deze manier benutten zowel de eindklant als de productie ons centraal systeem maximaal.

Jij bent onze ideale kandidaat als je technisch (bouw)inzicht hebt en de stap wilt maken naar een IT software support functie waarin je je kennis kan toepassen.

  • Je behaalde een Bachelor of HBO5 Elektromechanica of bent gelijkgesteld door ervaring.
  • Je hebt technische feeling en hebt bij voorkeur ervaring in de ramen en deuren sector of in andere domeinen van de bouwsector. Als je begrijpt hoe aansluitingen, schrijnwerk en gevelelementen geplaatst worden kunnen we jou verder op weg helpen om Profel-specifieke kennis door te geven.
  • Je hebt interesse in programmeren, maar we verwachten niet dat je praktijkervaring in IT kan voorleggen.
  • Je kan goed analyseren en verbanden leggen en je bent graag met cijfers en systemen bezig.
  • Je bent communicatief sterk.
  • Je werkt zeer accuraat en nauwkeurig.
