Als Software Update Specialist bij Hoogendoorn ben jij zelfstandig verantwoordelijk voor het updateproces van de IIVO-systemen bij klanten. Je plant afspraken met klanten, voert software- en Windows-updates uit, reboot systemen en doet de nodige technische controles. Gaat er iets niet goed? Dan leg je het probleem vast en schakel je de technische adviseurs in. Naast de techniek heb je veel klantcontact. Je legt duidelijk uit wat je doet, houdt klanten op de hoogte en zorgt voor een prettig en professioneel contactmoment. Jij houdje bezig met het: - Signaleren en doorzetten van technische problemen. - Beantwoorden van vragen van klanten rondom de update. - Verzamelen en verzendklaar maken van orders naar klanten wereldwijd. - Meedenken over verbeteringen en automatisering van het updateproces.
