The posting

Je speelt een sleutelrol bij het ontwerpen en voortdurend verder ontwikkelen van ons workflow- en casemanagementlandschap.

Je gaat:

  • End-to-end workflow- en casemanagementmodellen ontwerpen en implementeren met behulp van op BPMN gebaseerde methoden.
  • Menselijke taken en geautomatiseerde processtappen coördineren binnen langlopende, productieklaar workflows.
  • Bijdragen aan de migratie en consolidatie van gefragmenteerde legacy-processen naar gecentraliseerde coördinatiemodellen.
  • Interne backoffice-systemen en externe diensten integreren via REST/SOAP API's en andere integratiepatronen.
  • Bijdragen aan robuuste uitzonderingsafhandeling, strategieën voor herhaling/herverwerking en operationele veerkracht.
  • Zorg voor traceerbaarheid, duidelijkheid en onderhoudbaarheid van workflowmodellen.
  • Ondersteun releases, monitoring en continue verbetering in een live productieomgeving.
  • Draag bij aan moderniseringsinitiatieven waarbij workflow-engines, automatiseringscomponenten en, waar relevant, AI-gebaseerde diensten worden gecombineerd.

Je voelt je thuis in de analyse-, ontwerp- en implementatiefasen en hanteert een pragmatische, resultaatgerichte aanpak die is afgestemd op de daadwerkelijke productiebeperkingen.

Must have:

  • Aantoonbare ervaring met workflow-orkestratie en casemanagement in bedrijfsomgevingen.
  • Uitstekende vaardigheden op het gebied van BPMN-modellering, met de nadruk op duidelijkheid, onderhoudbaarheid en traceerbaarheid.
  • Ervaring met het ontwerpen van end-to-end bedrijfsprocessen, waaronder langlopende en systeemoverschrijdende workflows.
  • Praktische ervaring met systeemintegratie (REST-/SOAP-API’s).
  • Ervaring met het werken in CI/CD-omgevingen (bijv. Azure DevOps of vergelijkbaar).
  • Zelfverzekerd in het ondersteunen en optimaliseren van oplossingen in productie.

Nice to have:

  • Ervaring binnen de verzekerings- of financiële sector.
  • Bekendheid met datamodellering en SQL.
  • Ervaring met workflow- of low-code-platforms die worden gebruikt voor digitale procesautomatisering.
