Was du bei uns machst Unsere Projekte sind individuell, erklärungsbedürftig und entstehen oft erst im gemeinsamen Prozess mit dem Kunden. Du fühlst dich wohl, wenn es nicht um Standardlösungen geht, sondern darum, gemeinsam mit Kund:innen die beste individuelle Lösung zu erarbeiten - und dich dabei auch gerne in komplexe Themen reindenkst? Du führst echte Kundengespräche auf Augenhöhe - verstehst Geschäftsmodelle, Herausforderungen und Zielbilder unserer Kunden Du arbeitest eng mit unseren Data-, AI- und Software-Expert:innen zusammen und entwickelst daraus konkrete Lösungsansätze Du übersetzt fachliche Anforderungen in technische Möglichkeiten - und umgekehrt Du begleitest den gesamten Prozess: von der ersten Idee über Workshops & Konzept bis hin zum Abschluss gemeinsam mit unseren Expertenteams Du entwickelst bestehende Kunden strategisch weiter und baust neue Beziehungen auf Du bist draußen unterwegs - bei Kund:innen, auf Events und in deinem Netzwerk Was dich dabei erwartet (damit du weißt, worauf du dich einlässt) Sales bedeutet bei uns: viel Discovery, viel Verständnis, wenig Standard-Pitch Du bewegst dich in komplexen Themen (Data, AI, Softwareentwicklung, Prozesse) Lösungen entstehen oft erst im Dialog - nicht aus einem fertigen Portfolio Du arbeitest eng mit unseren Fachbereichen zusammen - kein ,,ich verkaufe und gebe dann weiter" Was du mitbringst Erfahrung im beratungsintensiven Vertrieb von IT-/Softwarelösungen (idealerweise im Umfeld Data & AI, Software Development oder Business Processes) fundiertes technisches Grundverständnis - z. B. durch ein technisches Studium oder relevante Praxiserfahrung du verstehst, wie Data-/AI-Projekte funktionieren und welche Faktoren eine Lösung beeinflussen Fähigkeit, zwischen Business und Technik zu übersetzen Souveränes Auftreten und Kommunikationsstärke - auch auf C-Level Eigeninitiative, Struktur und Freude daran, dich in neue Themen einzuarbeiten Reisebereitschaft innerhalb Österreichs Sehr gutes Deutsch und gutes Englisch (min.
