Ansprache und nachhaltige Gästebindung

* Aktive Mitgestaltung des Weinservices - von der stilvollen Präsentation bis zur kompetenten Beratung am Tisch

* Sorgfältige Organisation, Ordnung und Sauberkeit in allen weinrelevanten Bereichen - vom Weinlager über

den Keller bis hin zum "WeinWald" und den Weinschränken im Restaurant

* Fachgerechte Kontrolle und Annahme von Weinlieferungen

* Eigenverantwortliche Vorbereitung und professionelle Durchführung von Tastings, Verkostungen und

Veranstaltungen wie dem "WeinSofa" oder dem Schaumwein-Tasting

* Persönlicher Verkauf mit Begeisterung - inklusive fachkundiger Beschreibung, emotionaler Erzählweise und

individuellen Empfehlungen

* Verantwortung für das Mise en Place am Sommelier-Pult und im Office, inklusive täglicher Kontrolle der offenen

Weine

* Schulung, Motivation und Weiterentwicklung des Serviceteams - durch regelmäßige Kurzschulungen, spontane

Wissensimpulse und wertschätzendes Feedback bei gelungenen Empfehlungen

* Pflege und Aktualisierung der Weinkarte - für ein gepflegtes, vollständiges und stets aktuelles Angebot

WAS SOLLTEST DU MITBRINGEN?

* Abgeschlossene Sommelier-Ausbildung, idealerweise mit Erfahrung in der gehobenen Gastronomie oder Hotellerie

* Ausgeprägte Fachkenntnisse im Bereich Wein, Sake & alkoholfreie Pairings

* Sicheres Auftreten, Gastgebermentalität und hohe soziale Kompetenz

* Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise

* Leidenschaft für Genusskultur, sensorisches Gespür und Liebe zum Detail

* Professionelles Auftreten, sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit

* Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, gute Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil

* Ein freundliches, offenes Wesen und Freude am Arbeiten im Team
