Wir erweitern unser Team um 1 Souchef (w/m/d) In dieser verantwortungsvollen Position unterstützen Sie unsere Küchenleitung bei der Organisation und Führung des gesamten Küchenbereichs. Gemeinsam mit dem Küchenteam sorgen Sie für die Zubereitung und ansprechende Präsentation hochwertiger Speisen auf konstant hohem Niveau. Wir bieten Ihnen eine abwechslungsreiche Tätigkeit in einem professionellen und dynamischen Umfeld mit hohen Qualitätsstandards. Unsere Anforderungen - Ihre Kompetenzen

* Unterstützung des Küchenchefs bei der operativen Leitung der Küche sowie Vertretung in dessen Abwesenheit

* Mitverantwortung für einen reibungslosen Ablauf im täglichen Küchenbetrieb

* Selbstständige Zubereitung und kreative Präsentation hochwertiger Speisen

* Sicherstellung einer konstant hohen Qualität und Einhaltung der Küchenstandards

* Verantwortungsvoller Umgang mit Lebensmitteln und wirtschaftlicher Einsatz der Ressourcen

* Kontrolle und Einhaltung aller Hygiene- und Sicherheitsvorschriften gemäß HACCP

* Unterstützung bei Warenbestellung, Lagerhaltung und Kontrolle der Lieferungen

* Teamfähigkeit, Belastbarkeit sowie eine strukturierte und saubere Arbeitsweise

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Koch_Köchin sowie Berufserfahrung in vergleichbarer Position von Vorteil

* Deutschkenntnisse entsprechend der Tätigkeit (idealerweise B1/B2)

* Führerschein B und Privat-Pkw aufgrund der Arbeitszeiten von Vorteil

Arbeitszeit

* unbefristete Vollzeitstelle - 40 Wochenstunden
