Sous-chef Full time Rotterdam Welkom Welkom bij Lommerrijk! Dé plek aan het water in Rotterdam-Hillegersberg voor onvergetelijke zakelijke en particuliere evenementen. Met zes prachtige ontvangstruimten en een team van 60 toegewijde medewerkers maken we altijd indruk op onze gasten. Hoe wij dit doen? Gastvrijheid zit in ons DNA. Ben jij toe aan een nieuwe uitdaging en klaar om bij ons als sous-chef aan de slag te gaan? Wat ga je doen? Als sous chef ben je een denker en een doener. Je werkt in een team met 3 andere collega's, maar ook samen met andere afdelingen, zoals o.a. de salesafdeling en de bediening, met in totaal 60 collega's. Jij wordt een belangrijke spil in een geoliede machine, om ervoor te zorgen dat al onze evenementen vlekkeloos verlopen. Of het nu gaat om betoverende bruiloften of bedrijfsevenementen met barbecue, walking dinner of een zakelijk diner voor 175 personen, jij zorgt mede voor een verrassende smaak en mooie presentatie. Zo zorgen we met elkaar dat we onze gasten verrassen door net dat stapje extra te zetten. Samen met de chef kok zorgen jullie er ook voor dat de inkopen in orde zijn, het rooster klopt en dat jullie elkaar motiveren! Ook denk je mee met het maken van nieuwe menu's, arrangementen en presentatie. Wat neem je mee Heb je minstens 3 jaar ervaring in de keuken, bij voorkeur in de banquet- of evenementenindustrie? Heb je een scherp oog voor detail, een passie voor koken en een goed gevoel voor humor? En kun jij ook goed schakelen en de leiding nemen als het moet?
