Als rechterhand van de Chef de Cuisine speel je een sleutelrol binnen de keuken. Je combineert operationele taken met coaching en organisatie, waardoor je mee het verschil maakt tijdens elke service.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

Ondersteunen van de Chef de Cuisine bij de dagelijkse leiding van de keuken

Aansturen, begeleiden en motiveren van het keukenteam

Mee ontwikkelen en verfijnen van seizoensgebonden gerechten en menu's

Bewaken van de kwaliteit, presentatie en smaak van elk gerecht

Toezien op de naleving van hygiëne-, veiligheids- en HACCP-richtlijnen

Beheren van voorraden en bestellingen

Zorgvuldig omgaan met grondstoffen en producten

Organiseren van een efficiënte keukenwerking

Bijdragen aan een vlotte en kwalitatieve service, ook tijdens piekmomenten

Je bent zichtbaar aanwezig op de werkvloer en geeft het goede voorbeeld aan het team. Voor deze functie zoeken we een gemotiveerde professional met een passie voor koken en een sterke focus op kwaliteit.

Jouw profiel:

Je hebt ervaring als Sous-Chef of beschikt over ruime ervaring als kok in een professionele keuken

Je bent gepassioneerd door gastronomie en culinaire technieken

Je kan zelfstandig werken en neemt initiatief

Je weet collega's te coachen, ondersteunen en motiveren

Je bent stressbestendig en behoudt het overzicht tijdens drukke services

Avond- en weekendwerk vormt voor jou geen probleem

Je hebt oog voor detail en streeft steeds naar perfectie

Je beschikt over kennis van HACCP-richtlijnen

Je communiceert vlot en werkt graag in teamverband
