Wenn dich ein gutes Glas Wein genauso begeistert wie saubere Küchenstandards, und du gerne zum gemeinsamen Erfolg beiträgst - dann bist du bei uns genau richtig. Die wöchentliche Arbeitszeit beträgt 48 h aufgeteilt auf 6 Tage. Das Anstellungsverhältnis beginnt mit dem 07.12.2026 und geht voraussichtlich bis zum 07.04.2027.

Das Angebot im Hotel Edelweiss umfasst die folgenden Bereiche:

- Mittagessen á la carte auf der Sonnenterrasse (ab Mitte Feb.) oder in der Edelspeis

- Abendmenü für Hotelgäste und externe Gäste

- A la carte Restaurant für Hotelgäste und externe Gäste

Klingt gut? Dann haben wir einige Aufgaben für dich:

- Verantwortung für die Leitung und Führung des Küchenteams bei Abwesenheit des Küchenchefs

- Unterstützung des Küchenchefs beim Kochen und Administration

- Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Ablaufs in allen Küchenbereichen

- Eigenständiges Zubereiten von Gerichten sowie stellvertretende Führung der jeweiligen Küchenposten

- Eigenständiges Führen des Wareneinkaufs sowie Warenannahme bei Abweseneit des Küchenchefs

- Sicherstellung Mise en place & andere Vorbereitungen

- Erfüllen von Sonderwünschen

- Einhaltung der allgemeinen Qualitätsstandards (HACCP) im Hotel Edelweiss

- Sehr enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Teamleitung Service & F&B

Qualifikation

- Einschlägige Ausbildung zum Koch

- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

- Erfahrung in der selben oder ähnlichen Position

- Aktives Interesse an den Gesamtabläufen des Hauses

- Innovations- und Trendbegeisterung

- Teamfähig, flexibel und resilient
