In unserem Sozialzentrum SeneCura Sozialzentrum Mühldorf, Mühldorf 260, 9814 Mühldorf sorgen wir für die bestmögliche Lebensqualität der betreuten Menschen. Die Bewohner:innen sollen diesen Lebensabschnitt in Sicherheit und Geborgenheit bei uns verbringen. Mit vielen Aktivitäten bringen wir Abwechslung in ihr Leben. Unsere Näher am Menschen-Programme unterstützen uns bei der Pflege und Betreuung.

Werden Sie Teil unseres Teams in Vollzeit als 1 Sous Chef / Stv. Küchenleiter:in (m/w/d) m/w/d Meine Aufgaben - Näher am Menschen

* Unterstützung der Küchenleitung bei der Organisation und Leitung des Küchenteams

* Zubereitung frischer, ausgewogener und qualitativ hochwertiger Mahlzeiten unter Berücksichtigung der speziellen Ernährungsbedürfnisse unserer Bewohner:innen (z.B. Diäten, Schonkost)

* Mitgestaltung und Optimierung der Speisepläne unter Berücksichtigung saisonaler und regionaler Produkte

* Unterstützung bei der Personaleinsatzplanung und der fristgerechten Erstellung des Dienstplanes

* Mitverantwortung für die Einhaltung der HACCP-Vorgaben in den der Küche zugeordneten Bereichen

* Schulung und Anleitung des Küchenteams und Einarbeitung neuer Mitarbeiter:innen

* Mitarbeit in Projekten und Arbeitsgruppen der SeneCura Gastro Services im Auftrag der Küchenleitung

* Freude an der Arbeit mit älteren Menschen und Einfühlungsvermögen für ihre speziellen Bedürfnisse

* Teamfähigkeit, Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Organisationstalent und Flexibilität

* Der Tätigkeit entsprechende Deutschkenntnisse

* Geübter Umgang mit gängiger Office-Software

* Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Kochlehre

* Erfahrung in der Gemeinschaftsverpflegung oder Gastronomie, idealerweise in der Senioren- oder Krankenpflege

* Erste Erfahrung in einer leitenden Position oder Bereitschaft, diese Verantwortung zu übernehmen
