Het spa- en saunaresort, met moderne faciliteiten, oogstrelende architectuur en onberispelijke netheid, staat helemaal in het teken van welzijn. In het ontwerp is gekozen voor natuurlijke materialen zoals hout en blauwsteen. De tuinen en terrassen geven het geheel een aangename en uitnodigende sfeer. De ruime parking is vrij beschikbaar.

  • Je organiseert de dagelijkse werking van de keuken en verdeelt de taken binnen het team.
  • Je stuurt medewerkers aan, coacht collega's en ondersteunt nieuwe teamleden.
  • Je werkt actief mee tijdens de mise-en-place en de service.
  • Je bewaakt de kwaliteit, presentatie en afwerking van alle gerechten.

  • Je hebt ervaring als Sous-chef, Chef de Partie of in een leidinggevende keukenfunctie.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van HACCP en voedselveiligheid.
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en Frans.
  • Je bent flexibel inzetbaar, ook tijdens weekends en feestdagen.
  • Je werkt georganiseerd en behoudt het overzicht, ook tijdens drukke services.
