Houd jij overzicht, zorg je voor structuur en laat je de dagelijkse werkzaamheden soepel verlopen? Dan hebben wij een mooie uitdaging voor jou. Beschrijving Wat ga je doen? Als souschef zorg je ervoor dat de keuken op rolletjes draait. Je stuurt het keukenteam aan en verdeelt de werkzaamheden, zodat iedereen efficiënt kan werken. Je organiseert de dagelijkse gang van zaken in de keuken en waarborgt de kwaliteit van de gerechten die dagelijks worden geserveerd. Je hebt een hands on mentaliteit. Dat betekent dat je ook zelf in de keuken staat en actief meedraait, zeker op drukke momenten. Daarnaast ben je verantwoordelijk voor het doen van bestellingen, het controleren van de voorraad en het onderhouden van de keuken en het magazijn. Ook bewaak je alle hygiëne en veiligheidsvoorschriften en begeleid je collega's in het volgen van deze procedures. Je bent de aanvoerder van het kleine keukenteam van Tante Tokkie en krijgt veel vrijheid om de keuken efficiënt te organiseren. Je schakelt met de chefkok in restaurant De Kleine Leeuw, die op hetzelfde terrein is. Wie zijn wij? Achter Hotel de Gouden Leeuw staat een prachtige natuurboerderij met ijssalon en pannenkoekenrestaurant. Onze keuken is dagelijks geopend van 11.00 tot 20.00 uur. Gasten komen bij ons voor koffie met iets lekkers, diverse pannenkoeken, lunch en diner. We verzorgen daarnaast ook arrangementen voor feesten en partijen. Je werkt in een moderne keuken met nieuwe apparatuur, zowel in teamverband als zelfstandig. Het pannenkoekenrestaurant heeft 75 zitplaatsen.
