DEINE AUFGABEN:

* Die Mitgestaltung unserer Gerichte (österreichische Küche mit internationalem Einfluss)

* Einbringung eigener Ideen und Kreationen

* Wirtschaftliches Arbeiten

* Unterstützung des Küchenchefs

* Koordinierung der Küche in Abwesenheit des Küchenchefs.

* Einhaltung der Qualitätsstandards im á la carte Geschäft.

* Kontrolle der Küchenhygiene und Lagerordnung.

* Mise en place für Mittag und Abend

* Ausbildung der Lehrlinge

* Ablaufplanung in der Küche

* Kontrolle der angelieferten Waren

* Qualitätskontrolle der angelieferten Ware

* Organisation der Produktion

* Organisation der Kühlhäuser und Lager "First in-First Out"

* Adjustierung und Hygiene der Mitarbeiter

* Produktion laut Karte und Rezeptvorgaben (kalt/warm)

* Inventur

WIR BIETEN:

Montag - Samstag bis 22:00 Uhr

Sonntag bis 20:00 Uhr

Aufgrund der Abendarbeitszeiten ist ein eigenes Fahrzeug von Vorteil bzw. bieten wir einen internen Shuttledienst innerhalb des Kollegenkreises in unmittelbarer Umgebung an.
