Wir suchen ab sofort im Ausmaß von 10 bis 30 Wochenstunden in Kobenz eine*n 1 Sozialpädagog(e)in oder Sozialarbeiter/in

Das Aufgabenfeld: Individuell und stärkend

In unserer Kinder- und Jugendwohngemeinschaft schaffen wir gemeinsam einen sicheren Ort zum Leben, zum Wachsen und zur Entwicklung. Hier bieten wir Kindern und Jugendlichen aus belastenden familiären Situationen verlässliche Beziehungen, Schutz und Unterstützung - ein Zuhause auf Zeit mit Perspektive.

Du gestaltest gemeinsam mit deinen Kolleg*innen eine vertrauensvolle Atmosphäre, in der sich Kinder und Jugendliche angenommen und sicher fühlen.

* Du begleitest Kinder und Jugendliche im Alter zwischen 5 und 15 Jahren im 1:1 Settting in ihrem Alltag, und zur individuellen Unterstützung- egal bei welchen Themen.

* Du hörst zu, zeigst Präsenz und setzt dich mit den Bedürfnissen und Herausforderungen der Kinder und Jugendlichen auseinander.

* Enge Kooperation und Zusammenarbeit mit dem Kernteam sind gefragt: Du unterstützt das jeweilige Team vor Ort bei anfallenden Aufgaben.

* Du erledigst administrative Aufgaben gewissenhaft, wie z.B. Dokumentation und das Verfassen von Zielplänen für die Individualbetreuung.

Dein Profil? Fachlich fundiert und engagiert

* Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im psychosozialen Bereich mit mind. 60 ECTS oder 1500 Stunden (z. B. Soziale Arbeit, Sozialpädagogik, Pädagogik, Psychologie, Fachsozialbetreuung Familienarbeit, Pflichtschul- oder Elementarpädagogik) oder befindest dich in einer entsprechenden Ausbildung.

* Idealerweise hast du Zusatzqualifikationen in Traumapädagogik.

* Erfahrung in den Dienstleistungen der Kinder- und Jugendhilfe ist von Vorteil.

* Du bringst Empathie, ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeit und emotionale Stabilität mit.

* Deine Beratungskompetenz und dein gutes Gespür für gruppendynamische Prozesse zeichnen dich aus.

* Das Mindestgehalt bewegt sich je nach Ausbildungsstatus zwischen 3.074,80 und 3.348,90 Euro brutto plus SEG-Zulage (Basis Vollzeit) und ist abhängig von der Anzahl deiner Berufsjahre.
