Wir sind auf der Suche nach einer 1 Sozialpädagog_in > 130 Stunden/monatlich Für unsere sozialtherapeutische Wohngruppe in Pasching suchen wir ab Herbst 2026 einen*e Sozialpädagogen*in mit abgeschlossener Ausbildung für die eigenständige Betreuung von Kindern und Jugendlichen (130 Std./monatlich).

Lebensraum Heidlmair GmbH entwickelt in Zusammenarbeit mit der Kinder- und Jugendhilfe individuelle Hilfssysteme, um Kinder, Jugendliche und deren Herkunftsfamilien in einer bestimmten Lebensphase professionell und innovativ zu begleiten. In dieser Lebensphase bieten wir dem Kind einen sicheren Ort und unterstützen das Familiensystem auf seinem Weg zur Veränderung.

Wir legen großen Wert auf die kontinuierliche Weiterbildung unserer Mitarbeiter*innen und bieten ein weitreichendes und kostenloses Bildungsangebot, darin enthalten ist ein Hochschullehrgang zum/zur pädagogischen Sozialtherapeuten*in.

Deine Aufgaben bei uns

* Aufbau einer sicheren Beziehung zu den Kindern/Jugendlichen und zu deren Unterstützungssystemen

* Einzelbetreuung sowie Arbeit mit der Gruppe

* Sich einlassen auf die Entwicklung eines sicheren Orts

* Teamarbeit

* Unterstützung der Kinder/Jugendlichen im Alltag

* Begleitung in deren Prozess der Selbstständigkeit

* Gestaltung der Freizeit

* Vernetzung mit Schule und anderen Helfersystemen

* Koordination der organisatorischen Belange der Kinder/Jugendlichen

* Dokumentation

Das bringst du mit

* eine anerkannte, abgeschlossene (sozial-)pädagogische Ausbildung (z.B.Sozialarbeiter*in,Pflichtschullehrer*in,Elementarpädagoge*in,Fachsozialbetreuer*in Behindertenarbeit & Behindertenbegleitung)

* über bereits gesammelte Berufserfahrung im Bereich Kinder- und Jugendhilfe würden wir uns freuen

* eine Haltung, welche sich an systemischer & humanistischer Pädagogik orientiert

* selbstständiges und eigenverantwortliches Handeln und Arbeiten

* Bereitschaft, sich auf Beziehung einzulassen

* Konfliktfähigkeit

* Flexibilität und Belastbarkeit

* Bereitschaft zum Turnusdienst (inkl. Nacht- und Feiertagsdienste)

* Teamfähigkeit

* Führerschein Klasse B

* nach Möglichkeit Erste Hilfe Kurs

Unser Angebot an dich

* Entlohnung nach SWÖ-KV, Verwendungsgruppe 8. Unter Berücksichtigung der Vordienstzeiten wird bei einer Vollzeitanstellung ein Bruttogehalt von mindestens € 3348,90 zzgl. €640,23 SEG-Zulage& zzgl. Entgelt für Nacht, Wochenend- und Feiertagsdienste gezahlt.
