Rolomschrijving en taakafspraken Opdrachtbeschrijving In de functie van O&P-adviseur bij de Rijksdienst van Ondernemend Nederland adviseer jij als sparringspartner/business partner ongeveer 10 tot 12 managers van jouw account. Jij zorgt voor de toepassing van het overkoepelend O&P-beleid in jouw account dat bestaat uit een afdelingsmanager en een aantal teammanagers. Binnen RVO werken we met een accountmode;: binnen een account -vaak een directie- werken 1 regisseur en meerdere adviseurs samen aan de uitdagingen op O&P-gebied van de directie. Uitgangspunt is dat RVO een geweldige plek blijft om te werken. Daar draag je aan bij door de juist O&P onderwerpen op het juiste moment bespreekbaar te maken en pro-actief verder te brengen. Met jouw expertise als O&P-adviseur breng je meerwaarde, zowel voor het management en je eigen O&P collega's. Wat deze functie zo uniek maakt? In de functie van O&P-adviseur ben jij zelfstandig verantwoordelijk voor de toepassing van het overkoepelend O&P-beleid binnen jouw eigen account. Daarnaast draag je ook actief bij aan organisatiebrede O&P ontwikkelingen.
