Sie verfügen über umfangreiche Erfahrung im Bereich Zahlungsverkehr, idealerweise in einem internationalen Bankenumfeld, und möchten Ihr Wissen nun gezielt in einer verantwortungsvollen Spezialist:innen Rolle einbringen und weiterentwickeln? Dann sind Sie bei uns richtig. Als Spezialist:in Zahlungsverkehr tragen Sie wesentlich zur strategischen Weiterentwicklung des Zahlungsverkehrs der Oberbank bei. Sie agieren im Rahmen von Projekten als Drehscheibe und Organisator:in zwischen zentralen Fachabteilungen & IT. Nutzen Sie Ihre Chance und werden Sie Teil unseres Teams und treiben Sie gemeinsam mit uns die Innovation im Bereich Zahlungsverkehr voran.

IN DETAIL

* Sie gestalten die Zukunft unseres Zahlungsverkehrs aktiv mit, erkennen Optimierungs- und Weiterentwicklungspotenzial und treiben die Umsetzung durch die Erarbeitung neuer technischer Lösungen gemeinsam mit Ihren Kolleg:innen an.

* Sie planen, koordinieren und moderieren selbständig Projektmeetings im Zahlungsverkehr.

* Sie sind zuständig für die Zahlungsverkehrsprozesse in fünf Märkten unter Berücksichtigung der länderspezifischen Herausforderungen.

* Sie sind als 3rd-Level-Support fachliche sowie technische Eskalationsinstanz für komplexe Zahlungsverkehrsthemen.

* Sie verfolgen Branchentrends und Innovationen zum Thema Zahlungsverkehr, nehmen an Kongressen sowie Veranstaltungen teil und geben dieses Wissen auch aktiv an Kolleg:innen, dem Zahlungsverkehrs-Gremium sowie unserem Vorstand weiter.

MY CHALLENGE

* Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder bankfachliche Ausbildung bzw. vergleichbare Qualifikation

* Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Zahlungsverkehr, idealerweise mit Bezug zu anderen europäischen Ländern oder in einem internationalen Bankenumfeld

* Erfahrung im Projekt- und Prozessmanagement, vorzugsweise im Zahlungsverkehr

* Analytisches, lösungsorientiertes Denken, Flexibilität und Eigeninitiative sowie Freude an der Teamarbeit

* Hohe Affinität zu IT-Themen sowie sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
