Je pakt complexe dossiers op, doorgrondt waar problemen ontstaan en komt tot oplossingen die zowel financieel als klantgericht verantwoord zijn. Naast je werk in de dagelijkse operatie kijk je kritisch naar onze processen, systemen en werkwijzen. Je herkent terugkerende knelpunten, vertaalt analyses naar concrete verbeteringen en helpt het team om slimmer en efficiënter te werken. Met jouw ervaring ben je een inhoudelijke vraagbaak voor collega's en een belangrijke sparringpartner voor de teamleider. Wat ga je doen? - Je behandelt complexe debiteurendossiers en zorgt voor een zorgvuldige opvolging van openstaande vorderingen; - Je analyseert betalingsachterstanden, afwijkingen en terugkerende oorzaken en zet de juiste vervolgacties uit; - Je maakt en bewaakt betalingsafspraken en schakelt waar nodig met incassopartners of andere betrokken partijen; - Je controleert financiële gegevens en zorgt ervoor dat dossiers volledig en correct zijn vastgelegd; - Je signaleert risico's en knelpunten in processen, systemen en werkwijzen en doet concrete verbetervoorstellen; - Je neemt deel aan verbeterprojecten en kunt hierin een coördinerende of voortrekkersrol vervullen; - Je ondersteunt de teamleider bij het bewaken van de werkvoorraad, voortgang en kwaliteit; - Je deelt jouw kennis met collega's en draagt bij aan een professionele, gestructureerde manier van werken; - Je werkt nauw samen met onder andere Finance, Customer Operations, Sales en externe partners.
