Internationales Reporting: Sie sind Key Player im Berichtswesen unserer ausländischen Leasinggesellschaften und sorgen für eine konsistente, qualitätsvolle Datenbasis.

Konzern-Berichterstattung: Sie übernehmen eigenständig definierte Aufgaben im Rahmen der quartalsweisen Erstellung des Konzern-Geschäftsberichts nach IFRS.

IFRS-Compliance & Qualität: Sie gewährleisten die gruppenweite Einhaltung der IFRS-Anforderungen und entwickeln unsere Accounting-Governance laufend weiter.

Regulatorik & Aufsicht: Sie unterstützen bei regulatorischen sowie aufsichtsrechtlichen Anforderungen und bereiten relevante Unterlagen strukturiert auf.

Reporting-Architektur & Finance-Transformation: Sie gestalten unsere Konsolidierungs- und Reportingstrukturen aktiv mit und treiben die Optimierung von Prozessen und Tools voran - beispielsweise im Zuge der Einführung von SAP Group Reporting.

Abschlussprozesse - Effizienz & Automatisierung: Sie identifizieren Verbesserungspotenziale und automatisieren Intercompany-Abstimmungen sowie weitere Abschlusstätigkeiten.

Executive- und Investor-Reporting: Sie wirken an der Erstellung und Weiterentwicklung von Management-Präsentationen für Aufsichtsrat, Vorstand und Ratingagenturen mit.

Abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium oder mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position

Fundierte IFRS-Kenntnisse bzw. eine entsprechende IFRS-Ausbildung

Hohe Zahlenaffinität sowie ausgeprägtes analytisches und strukturiertes Denken

Selbstständige, sorgfältige und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise

Leidenschaft dafür, Finance-Prozesse und Reporting-Systeme ständig weiterzuentwickeln

Freude an der Zusammenarbeit in einem engagierten Team und mit unterschiedlichen Fachbereichen

Sie sprechen fließend Englisch; Slowenisch und/oder Bosnisch/Serbisch/Kroatisch von Vorteil
