Zorgbalans - Specialist Ouderengeneeskunde - 32 - 36 uur - regio Kennemerland master degree 32 - 36 Kennemerland , Noord-Holland, Nederland Solliciteren Printen Bij Zorgbalans bieden we zorg op het gebied van psychogeriatrie, revalidatie, gerontopsychiatrie, somatiek en eerstelijnszorg. Als Specialist Ouderengeneeskunde ben je medisch eindverantwoordelijk voor cliënten op één van onze locaties in de regio IJmuiden of Haarlem. Veel van hen hebben te maken met een combinatie van psychiatrische, maatschappelijke en somatische problematiek. Je werkt in een dynamische setting en in nauwe samenwerking met het verpleegkundig team, de psycholoog en onze vaste consulent psychiater. Je komt terecht in een collegiaal en zelfsturend team met een open en transparante werksfeer. De lijnen met zorg en management zijn kort en toegankelijk. Eén van de specialisten uit het team neemt deel aan het directieberaad, en samen met de locatiemanager geef jij als duo leiding aan de locatie waarvoor je verantwoordelijk bent. Daarnaast werk je samen met de vakgroep aan het ontwikkelen van het medische beleid binnen Zorgbalans. We zoeken niet voor één vaste locatie, maar stemmen in overleg af welke doelgroep en werkomgeving het best bij jouw ervaring en interesses past. Zorgbalans heeft locaties in heel de regio Kennemerland en Zuid-Holland Noord (van IJmuiden tot aan Hillegom). Afhankelijk van je opleiding en ervaring verdien je als Specialist Ouderengeneeskunde bij Zorgbalans maximaal € 10.467,78 bruto per maand op basis van een 36-urige werkweek (FWG 75, cao VVT).
