Für unseren Standort in Krems an der Donau suchen wir 1 Specialist Production Support (m/w/d) Vollzeit, ab sofort , auf 18 Monate befristet

Zu Ihrem Aufgaben- und Verantwortungsbereich in dieser Position zählen:

* Prozesstransfer und Prozessimplementierung: von Standort zu Standort für bestehende Prozesse sowie aus Forschung & Entwicklung für neue Prozesse in der Formulierung und aseptischen Abfüllung

* Prüfung und Implementierung von neuen Technologien und Systemen

* Prozessoptimierung und Prozessverbesserung

* Bearbeitung von Abweichungen und Leitung von Ursachenanalysen

* Änderungsmanagement - Change Control

* Unterstützung bei der operativen Inbetriebnahme neuer Produktionsbereiche

* Zusammenarbeit mit dem Bereich Validierung zur Qualifizierung von Equipment sowie Validierung von Prozessen

* Erstellung von Arbeitsanweisungen, Herstelldokumenten und Berichten

Für diese Tätigkeit bringen Sie folgende Voraussetzungen mit:

* Abgeschlossenes naturwissenschaftliches Studium, z. B. Biotechnologie, Verfahrenstechnik, (Bio)Chemie, (Mikro)Biologie oder vergleichbar

* Berufserfahrung in der GMP-Herstellung steriler Arzneiformen, Biologika oder in der Lebensmittel-/Chemieindustrie

* Erfahrung im Projektmanagement

* Fundierte Kenntnisse in Ursachenanalyse und Scientific Problem Solving im Produktionsumfeld

* Erfahrung in Abweichungsanalysen, Produkt-Impact-Beurteilungen und Root-Cause-Analysen

* Hohes Qualitäts- und Sicherheitsbewusstsein sowie organisatorisches Geschick

* Hands-on-Mentalität und Teamfähigkeit

* Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
