Für unseren Standort in Imst suchen wir ab sofort 1 Spezialist Exportabteilung (m./w./d.) DEINE AUFGABEN:

* Als Teil des Exportteams organisierst und koordinierst du Containertransporte sowie Bulk-Vessel-Verschiffungen.

* Dabei begleitest und überwachst du die fristgerechte Transportabwicklung durch unsere externen Partner:innen.

* In enger Zusammenarbeit mit internen Abteilungen wie Vertrieb, Versand und weiteren Bereichen sorgst du für reibungslose Abläufe.

* Außerdem übernimmst du Aufgaben im Tendering und wirkst aktiv an der Weiterentwicklung unserer bestehenden Logistikprozesse mit.

* Kommunikation und Abstimmung mit internationalen Partnern

* Erstellung und Bearbeitung von Versand- und Exportdokumenten

* Dokumentenerstellung, Akkreditiverstellung sowie Frachtabrechnungen

* Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Fachabteilungen sowie externen Geschäftspartnern

* Pflege relevanter Daten und Aufträge im SAP-System

DAS BRINGST DU MIT:

* Der Tätigkeit entsprechende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

* Finnisch- und oder Französischkenntnisse von Vorteil

* Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (Matura / Lehre), idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Spedition, Logistik oder Außenhandel

* Berufserfahrung im Export oder in der Logistik von Vorteil

* SAP-Anwenderkenntnisse von Vorteil

* Selbstständige, strukturierte und kommunikationssichere Arbeitsweise
