Das sind deine Aufgaben in unserem Team

*Eigenverantwortliche Erstellung individueller Zahlungsvereinbarungen für Kunden bei offenen bzw. säumigen Forderungen

*Bearbeitung und Verwaltung von Ratenvereinbarungen inklusive Verzinsungen sowie Stundungen

*Durchführung von Kontoauskünften, laufende Kontenpflege und Abwicklung individueller Abschlagszahlungen

*Koordination von Sperrungen sowie Wiederinbetriebnahmen

*Durchführung von Umbuchungen zwischen Kreditoren- und Debitorenkonten

*Erstellung und Aufbereitung von Sonderauswertungen im Rahmen von Jahres- und Quartalsabschlüssen

*Mitarbeit in Projekten sowie aktive Mitgestaltung von Prozessoptimierungen

Unsere Erwartungen an dich

*Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (HAK, HBLA oder Lehre)

*Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im kaufmännischen bzw. buchhalterischen Umfeld

*Erfolgreich absolvierte Buchhalterprüfung von Vorteil

*Ausgeprägte IT-Affinität sowie idealerweise Kenntnisse in SAP (FI-CA)

*Hohes Zahlenverständnis, sorgfältige Arbeitsweise und ein ausgeprägtes Auge fürs Detail

*Kommunikationsstarke Persönlichkeit mit Freude an der Zusammenarbeit im Team

*Lösungsorientierte Denkweise sowie sicheres und professionelles Auftreten in herausfordernden Situationen

Für diese Position beträgt das Monatsbruttogehalt mindestens EUR 3.494,00 (auf Vollzeitbasis). Wir bieten eine marktkonforme Überzahlung abhängig von Ausbildung, beruflicher Qualifikation und Erfahrung.
