Als Springer_in im Bereich Reinigung unterstützen Sie unser Team bei der täglichen Pflege und Sauberkeit im Haus und sorgen für eine angenehme Umgebung für unsere Patient_innen und Mitarbeiter_innen. Zusätzlich übernehmen Sie bei Bedarf Einsätze im Servicebereich und tragen so flexibel zum reibungslosen Ablauf im gesamten Haus bei. Die Position verbindet verlässliche Routinen mit gelegentlichen abwechslungsreichen Einsätzen. 1 Springer_in im Bereich Reinigung und Service in Teilzeitbeschäftigung für unser Gesundheitszentrum Goldegg. (20 Stunden/Woche)

Ihre Aufgaben:

* Reinigung von Patient*innenzimmern, Gängen und Sanitäranlagen

* Pflege von Pflanzen und allgemeinen Bereichen im Haus

* Unterstützung im Servicebereich bei personellen Engpässen (z. B. bei Urlaub oder Krankheit)

* Einhaltung von Hygiene- und Qualitätsstandards

* Selbstständiges Arbeiten

Ihr Profil:

* Eine gewisse Flexibilität im Arbeitsalltag

* Serviceerfahrung von Vorteil

* Zuverlässige und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise

* Teamfähigkeit und Freundlichkeit

Wir bieten ein Mindestgehalt von 1.266,15 Euro brutto monatlich, 14- mal jährlich (DO.C, Gehaltsgruppe II, Dienstklasse B, Bezugsstufe 1). Abhängig von Ihrer (facheinschlägigen) Berufserfahrung und Ihrer Ausbildung sind Vordienstzeiten anrechenbar, welche Ihr tatsächliches Gehalt erhöhen können.

Fixer Dienstplan im 2-Wochen-Rhythmus:

Woche 1: Montag bis Freitag 08.00-12.00 Uhr, Wochenende frei

Woche 2: Montag bis Mittwoch 08.00-12.00 Uhr, Donnerstag und Freitag frei, Samstag und Sonntag 08.00-12.00 Uhr

Einsätze im Service erfolgen bei Bedarf und in Absprache (z. B. bei Urlaubs- oder Krankenständen). In diesen Fällen können sich die Arbeitszeiten an den Servicezeiten orientieren (frühestens ab 06.30 Uhr, längstens bis 19.45 Uhr).
