ZUR VERSTÄRKUNG UNSERES TEAMS SUCHEN WIR AB SOFORT: 1 SPS-Programmierer (m/w/x) 38,5 Stunden

Ihr Aufgabenbereich:

* Entwicklung, Programmierung und Weiterentwicklung von SPS-Steuerungen und HMI-Visualisierungen mit Siemens TIA Portal/Step7 sowie weiteren Systemen (z.B. Allen Bradley).

* Entwicklung individueller Automatisierungs- und Regelungslösungen für Maschinen und Sondermaschinen.

* Programmierung und Integration von Antrieben, Netzwerken und weiteren elektrotechnischen Komponenten.

* Inbetriebnahme, Test und Simulation von Maschinen und Anlagen - intern sowie bei internationalen Kunden vor Ort.

* Durchführung von Fehleranalysen, Störungsbehebungen und Optimierungen zur Sicherstellung einer zuverlässigen und leistungsfähigen Anlagenfunktion.

* Erstellung und Pflege von Software-Bibliotheken, technischen Dokumentationen und projektspezifischen Unterlagen.

* Technische Abstimmung, Kundenbetreuung und Schulung sowie Unterstützung des Service bei Fernwartung und Anlagenstörungen.

Ihr Profil:

* Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung in Elektrotechnik, Automatisierungstechnik oder Mechatronik (Lehre, ....).

* Fundierte Erfahrung in der SPS-Programmierung, idealerweise Siemens SIMATIC / TIA Portal / WinCC.

* Kenntnisse in Elektrotechnik, Sensorik und Aktorik sowie Erfahrung in der Inbetriebnahme von Maschinen und Anlagen.

* Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise mit Hands-on-Mentalität.

* Teamfähigkeit, Kommunikationsstärke, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Verlässlichkeit.

* Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.

* Reisebereitschaft für internationale Kunden- und Inbetriebnahme-Einsätze (ca. 10 %) und Interesse an neuen Technologien.

Für die Position ist ein Monatsbruttogehalt ab Euro € 3.400,00 (38,5 Std/W) + Prämien vorgesehen. Die Position unterliegt dem KV Metallgewerbe. Ihr tatsächliches Gehalt wird selbstverständlich aufgrund Ihrer Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung festgelegt.
