Voor onze klant in Diepenbeek, gespecialiseerd in spuitgieten van kunststoffen, zoeken wij omwille van de groei van het bedrijf een technisch sterke en ervaren SPUITGIETER in dagdienst.

Jobomschrijving

Als Spuitgieter zal je instaan voor:

  • Volledig zelfstandig instellen, opstarten en vrijgeven van spuitgietprocessen
  • Optimaliseren van procesparameters
  • Analyseren en oplossen van kwaliteitsafwijkingen
  • Zorgen voor processtabiliteit en consistente productkwaliteit
  • Technische ondersteuning bij proefspuitingen en nieuwe productopstarten
  • Nauwe samenwerking met kwaliteit en onderhoud
  • Technische opleiding (kunststofverwerking, mechanica of elektromechanica) of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Minstens 5 jaar ervaring in injection moulding als spuitgieter/procesoperator
  • Zelfstandig opstarten, ombouwen, bijregelen en optimaliseren van spuitgietprocessen
  • Grondige kennis van thermoplastische materialen, matrijzen, hotrunners en randapparatuur
  • Ervaring met spuitgietmachines zoals Arburg, BMB en Stork
  • Sterk analytisch en procesmatig inzicht; beslissingen nemen op basis van data en ervaring
