Als Domein Architect bij Transavia help je onze organisatie haar toekomstvisie te vertalen naar de doelarchitectuur, deze zet je samen met de productowners om naar een concrete roadmap. Wat ga je doen? In jouw nieuwe baan als Domein Architect bij Transavia help jij ons landschap dusdanig in te richten dat zij efficiënt en effectief in kunnen spelen op alle ontwikkelingen of eisen die aan Transavia gesteld worden. Je zorgt ervoor dat de belangen van Transavia Frankrijk (TO) en Nederland (HV) objectief worden gewogen. Dit doe je o.a. voor onze kanalen maar ook interne systemen. Je doet dit vanuit de Enterprise beleid en strategie die samen met de Architecture Community of Expertise verder helpt ontwikkelen. Je bewaakt het Architectuurbeleid, de principes, rulings en standaarden binnen het domein C&P en activeert indien nodig het governance systeem zodat issues objectief gearbitreerd kunnen worden. Je bent in staat het belang van de doelarchitectuur in begrijpelijke taal aan niet-IT mensen uit te leggen, zodat ze hier rekening mee kunnen houden in hun roadmaps en of jaarplannen. Daarnaast creëer je een gezonde balans tussen lange -, middellange en korte termijn door het faciliteren van toezicht, inspiratie, stimulatie van mensen om hun werkzaamheden zo goed mogelijk uit te voeren.
